Market Updates 6th JULY: NIFTY & SENSEX end at Record High! M&M ralies 5%, Eicher down third day in a row!

The growth story of India is intact with NIFTY & SENSEX, Despite of bad global cues both Indices hit fresh 52 weeks high today. The Nifty50 tops 19500, while Sensex closed up by 339.60 points, with a fresh 52 weeks high of 65832.98. The NiftyBank index closed above 45300. Nifty Energy,Media,Oil&Gas, Auto, Pharma and PSU Banks are the top contributors in todays move, while IT and FMCG lagged in their respective sector. Nifty Energy and Oil&Gas gained a robust 2.16% and 1.89%. The Midcap100 index gained near 0.97% and closed at 36373.10,  while the Smallcap100 index gained near 0.80%. The Volatility Index has fallen by 0.36% and closed near 11.84.

M&M, Apollo Hospitals, Power Grid & TataMotors moved up sharply. M&M gained 4.98%, while Apollo hospital moved up by 4.05%. Eicher Motors cracked for the third straight day, ends at 3222.20. HDFC Life, Maruti Suzuki & HCL Tech each slides more than 1% in todays trading season. Out of 50 Nifty stocks 32 shares gained, 16 shares declined and 2 remain unchanged during todays season. In the F&O segment MCX India remains in the top with a gain of 7.22%, ends at 1628.60. Eicher Motor remains the top loser in the F&O segment as well. The Advance Decline ratio stands at 1247/807 which indicates the positive momentum of market. 

As Nifty is at all time high their is no proper resistance level available for Nifty now, For the July expiry the highest OI at CALL side stands at 20,000 level and for PUT it's near 19000. 19200 level will be major support zone for Nifty. BankNifty is still in the range of 45600-45000, this levels will be make or break level for Banknifty and will decide it's further move.

The FIIs net purchase for the day stands at whopping 2641 Cr, While the domestic players sold shares worth of 2351Cr in todays season.
